Re-Invent the Organization with Improved Systems

                                   Benchmark Global Standard
ISO 9001 is a widely recognized international standard that provides a framework for implementing a quality management system (QMS) within an organization. The standard outlines a set of requirements that organizations can follow to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer requirements and regulatory requirements.

                  ISO 9001 System Model Approach

The ISO 9001 systems model is based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, also known as the Deming cycle or the Shewhart cycle. The model consists of the following four phases:

Plan: This phase involves establishing the objectives and processes necessary to deliver results in accordance with customer requirements and the organization's policies. The organization should define the scope of the QMS and identify the processes that are required to achieve the desired results. This includes defining the roles, responsibilities, and authorities within the organization, and identifying the resources necessary to achieve the objectives.

Do: This phase involves implementing the processes as planned. The organization should put in place the resources and processes necessary to achieve the objectives defined in the planning phase. This includes training employees, establishing communication processes, and implementing the processes required to produce the products or services.

Check: This phase involves monitoring and measuring processes against the objectives, and reporting the results. The organization should establish processes to monitor and measure the performance of the QMS against the objectives defined in the planning phase. This includes establishing performance indicators, conducting internal audits, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

Act: This phase involves taking actions to continually improve the performance of the QMS. The organization should take corrective and preventive actions to address any nonconformities identified in the checking phase. This includes making changes to the QMS processes, monitoring the effectiveness of these changes, and continuously improving the QMS.SRH  experts with over decades of experience in quality management, system, related audits, and training.
